Shipping

We move with intention. Orders take 5–7 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info.

• We ship across the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Territories)

• At this time, we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

• Sales tax applies where required by law

Returns

We stand behind every piece. If you receive an imperfect or incorrect item, you may request a return within 10 days of the ship date. Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unaltered, and unwashed

• In original packaging with all tags attached

If your item qualifies, begin the process by emailing us at hello@sevenhalo.com with a description of the issue and a clear photo of the item. Once approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
